We like to think of ourselves as a simple family restaurant, preparing food exactly the way we would if our restaurant was located half a world away, on the banks of the Ping River in Chiang Mai, Thailand. With each meal we serve, we strive to bring the truly authentic flavors of exotic Thai cooking to the classic Mid Coast Maine river town, Damariscotta.

Best Thai showcases the abundance of fresh produce, as well as, ecologically farmed meat, and poultry found at farms around the Damariscotta Area. Our restaurant comfortably seats 40 people; with ample and convenient parking. The food and relaxed atmosphere all speak to the restaurant’s originality and commitment to quality.

Dinner 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm
